In order for your website to be online, it has to be hosted somewhere. We manage the technical aspects of this so you don’t have to.
Safety is always first. With our complete security suite and ongoing scans, we'll keep your site protected from hacks, attacks and malware.
Your website is backed up every day, so that in the event that something goes wrong, we can restore it quickly, and nothing will be lost.
If your website does go down, our support team is alerted immediately and can address the issue or restore a backup.
In order for your website to continue to function well and maintain proper formatting, the software must be updated regularly.
Pricing updates, team member changes, photo and video updates, new blogs, calendar additions etc. - all just an email away.
For sites with a lot of traffic, pages, video, photos, etc. you might need a boost in speed to improve the user experience.
If you want to make updates or manage certain parts of the website yourself, we can put together training videos just for you.
If you are on the Basic plan, we are happy to make any updates you need, and will bill you at our hourly rate. If you are on the Pro plan, you have access to 1 hour of updates per month. If you are on the Ultimate plan, you have access to 2 hours per month. Any overages will be billed at our hourly rate. We do not roll over update hours. If you find that several months have passed and you have consistently not used your hours, we would suggest downgrading to the Basic plan.

Simple updates can be made within 24-48 hours, and others will take longer. For most updates, you can expect that they will be completed within 3-4 business days. If we anticipate that it will take longer, we will let you know.
Our care plans are built to prevent this. However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we’ll be on it. In most cases, we can either fix the issue or restore a backup so quickly that you won’t even notice anything happened.
Monthly reports will be sent to all Pro and Ultimate care plan clients. If you are on the Basic plan, and would like to see a report, please contact us.
If you need something that’s not included in your plan, we're happy to help. It’ll likely just need a more formal proposal. You can start that process by shooting us the details via out Contact Page and we’ll set up a call to discuss your needs.
You have the option to set up credit card or ACH payments, and will be billed automatically each month. If you want to pay the entire year upfront, you can do that as well.
Every 3 months you will have the opportunity to downgrade or upgrade your plan. Please email us with this request and we will update your plan.
