These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of symmetricdesign.co (the “Site”), operated by Symmetric Design LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Symmetric Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Our Services and Client Agreements

The Site provides information about our web design, development, SEO, digital marketing, and website care services. These Terms cover your use of the Site only.

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Symmetric Design, such as our Website Agreement, Care Plan Agreement, or SEO Agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls. Pricing, packages, and service descriptions on the Site are for general information, may change without notice, and are not an offer until confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

Electronic Agreements and Signatures

Some agreements and forms on the Site can be completed and signed electronically. By submitting an electronic signature, you agree that it is legally binding with the same effect as a handwritten signature, and you confirm that you are authorized to sign on behalf of the business you represent.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information, or information about another person without their permission
Send spam or unsolicited promotions through our forms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at info@symmetricdesign.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photos, videos, and code, are owned by Symmetric Design or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Symmetric Design” and our logos are our trademarks. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

Work shown in our portfolio and case studies belongs to us or our clients and is displayed with permission. Client names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Site or our services, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including scheduling tools, client websites, and partner organizations. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and changing the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
