  • What am I buying?

    You are purchasing our time, energy, effort, and ideas to support your digital and marketing campaigns.

  • How long are the contracts?

    We set specific lengths and contracts for each client. We require 30-days cancellation notice for all clients. We prefer to start on a shorter-term basis so we can see how we work together.

  • How do you bill?

    The payment for the upcoming month must be paid prior to us starting work. You can choose to have your credit card in our system and it will be billed on the 1st each month. If you would like to pay by check, we will submit the invoice on the 15th and you will have 2 weeks to submit payment. If we don’t have the payment processed, we will have to cease work on your project.

  • How do you measure results?

    Each month, we prepare a monthly report in that outlines what we worked on for the month. It will provide you with the details of rankings, work, and where we spent time. We have several tools of software that we use to track SEO, Adwords, and social media performance.

  • Why is there variable pricing for SEO?

    The amount of work we estimate for your SEO campaign varies by the keywords/phrases you are looking to rank for. For more competitive markets, it requires more work, and thus a higher cost.
