We’re excited to proudly share our first case study of 2025. Here’s a quick look at the client, followed by the problem, solution, timeline, and outcome.

Diamond P Machine needed a modern website that matched the precision of their CNC machining services. Their old site was outdated, hard to navigate, and not mobile-friendly—hurting credibility with OEMs and plant managers.

What We Did

The Background

Founded in 2005, Diamond P Machine, LLC, is a woman-owned, family-owned business in Skiatook, Oklahoma. Through a dedication to trust, quality and commitment to customer satisfaction, they have built a strong reputation for value and exceptional service. As their business has grown, they have expanded into an AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 certified facility. With a highly skilled and experienced team, every project is delivered with quality and performance in mind.

The Problem

Diamond P did not have a website. You might be reading this and especially if you are in the industrial world, you can relate. For one or two, or maybe several decades of providing excellent work, you have been able to get away with having zero presence online. But that doesn’t work in 2025. So what do you do?

The Plan

One of the best ways to start – is to start small, and build from there. We will show you how we started from scratch, and the end result is a beautiful website that serves the exact purpose the client wanted it to, and guess what? It only took a matter of weeks. Not months, not years. WEEKS.

Microsite

The perfect way to start small for Diamond P Machine was with a microsite. With a one-page site, we still had all the real estate we needed to showcase who they are, what they do, who they serve, and also accomplish some of their other priorities, like mentioning their certifications in multiple places, and giving potential employees a place to submit their applications.

Photo & Video

It might sound like a big task, but with proper planning, you can accomplish a LOT in a very short period of time. For all of our clients building a microsite, we recommend a two-hour photo/video shoot. If we are designing a larger site, then by all means, the more the merrier. But for the purposes of starting small, and doing what we know works, a two-hour shoot is the way to go.

Video Header
You can learn a lot about a person or a company in thirty seconds if you do it through video. Video has always been and will continue to be one of the most powerful ways to tell a story. For this microsite, we were able to immediately showcase the shop, the services, and the team in one thirty second header video.

Photo Gallery
We always recommend being authentically yourself, and one of the best ways to do that is to show people what you look like, as strange and uncomfortable as that may feel. We know because we feel the same way. We prefer to be behind the scenes, and not in front of the camera. But trust is funny like that, and a little transparency goes a long way.

So, whenever possible, we recommend having professional pictures taken of yourself and your team. And if you happen to be a family-run company, like Diamond P Machine, then showing that aspect of the business is even more important.

We acknowledge that we live in a world that is being continually overtaken by AI, and while there is a time and a place to let Chat GPT help you out, we don’t recommend taking that approach with your microsite
